Cook & Keeper offers premium digital services through a recurring subscription model known as "The Keeper's Table". This policy outlines how your subscription is billed and how you can manage or cancel it.
1. Subscription Billing
When you purchase a subscription to The Keeper's Table, you agree to a recurring monthly charge (£3.99/month, or as otherwise stated at checkout). Your designated payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until you choose to cancel.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time with no hidden fees or penalties. To cancel your recurring payments:
- Log in to your Cook & Keeper Customer Account.
- Navigate to your account dashboard and select Manage Subscriptions.
- Select your active "Keeper's Table" plan and follow the prompts to cancel.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your account, you may also email us at sales@pierrefrancis.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next billing date to request a manual cancellation.
3. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again, and you will retain full, uninterrupted access to all premium Keeper's Table utilities until that prepaid billing period naturally expires.
4. Refunds & Statutory Rights Waiver
As detailed in our Return and Refund Policy, digital subscriptions provide immediate access to our premium utilities. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by choosing to access this digital content immediately upon purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel for a refund.
Therefore, all subscription charges are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
